Everything is made up of atoms that vibrate. The human bodiy's Energy Centers aka CHAKRAS  correlate to the major ganglia nerve roots along the spine that lead to our organs are the areas of the 7 main Chakras. 

( see above photo ) These seven Chakras ( there are said to be hundreds but we will just focus on the main body energy ones) are the main energy centers of the body. 

You've probably heard people talk about "Unblocking", "Aligning'  or "Balancing' their Chakras, which refers to the idea that when all of our chakras are open, energy can flow through them freely, and harmony exists between the physical body, mind, and spirit and the Universe. This is one way we can energy heal our own bodies. 

Chakra translates to "wheel" in Sanskrit, and you can imagine them like wheels of free-flowing positive energy spinning clockwise like little engines with propellers. When our Chakras  are out of line or are blocked we sometimes have physical symptoms and mentally feel sick or feel off or tired etc. 

Crystals and stones have been used  for thousands of years to Balance Align & heal these Energy Chakras that in turn, with the healthy flow of energy through them, can heal the mind, body, and spiritual body. 

The easy thing about healing your Chakras with Stones and Crystals is it is color coded! Red Stones just happen to be grounding and protective and heal the BASE ChAKRA! The same with Light blue stones THROAT CHAKRA the minerals in them give them the color so it makes perfect sense that the color of he stone matches the vibration and color of the CHAKRA!
